Change in number of shares and votes in TransAtlantic

The rights issue recently carried out by Rederi AB TransAtlantic has resulted in the number of shares and votes in the company having increased during June 2014 by 29,574,052 shares (1,939,157 A-shares and 27,634,895 B-shares) and 47,026,465 votes, respectively. As of 30 June 2014, there are in total 177,444,318 shares (11,634,946 A-shares and 165,809,372 B-shares) and 282,158,832 votes in the company.
