29 Aralık 2023 tarih ve 32414 (M) sayılı Resmî Gazete'de yayımlanan, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun 21634 sayılı " Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartlarının ( TSRS ) Uygulanmasına İlişkin Kurul Kararı " kapsamında, Şirketimiz tarafından hazırlanması zorunlu olan TSRS uyumlu sürdürülebilirlik raporunun ("Sürdürülebilirlik Raporu" ) ve/veya 31.12.2024 ve 31.12.2025 hesap dönemlerine ilişkin sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının bağımsız sınırlı güvence denetimine tabi tutulması amacıyla, PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.' nin yetkilendirilmesine ilişkin teklif 14.08.2025 tarihli 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul 'da onaylanmıştır.

2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantı kararları İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 22.08.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş, 11399 sayılı TTSG 'de yayınlanmıştır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Within the scope of the Capital Markets Board's Resolution No 21634 on the "Implementation of the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS)," published in the Official Gazette dated December 29, 2023 and numbered 32414 (M), the proposal to authorize PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. for the purpose of conducting a limited independent assurance engagement of the TSRS-compliant sustainability report ( "Sustainability Report" ), which is mandatory to be prepared by our Company, and/or the sustainability reports for the accounting periods ending on 31.12.2024 and 31.12.2025, was approved at the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly held on 14.08.2025.

The resolutions of the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting were registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 22.08.2025 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette No 11399.

The English translation of this disclosure is provided as an appendix hereto, and in the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the Turkish text shall prevail.
