2025 US Annual Report (Form 20-F)

BHP has filed its 2025 US Annual Report (Form 20-F) with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Form 20-F has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and, as a result, has not been prepared for the purpose of the reporting requirements under the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code, 2012 Edition).

BHP's Form 20-F has been submitted to the FCA National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
