She committed to make sufficient time available for exercising her mandate. The board confirms that the candidature of Mrs. Carinne Brouillon meets the independence criteria described in article 7:87, §1 of the Companies and Associations Code and principle 3.5 of the 2020 Corporate Governance Code and that it has no indication of anything that might cast doubt on the independence of Mrs. Carinne Brouillon.
