NOTICE OF RESULTS AND INVESTOR PRESENTATION

The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), creator of Work That Counts TM,   comprising a Group of digital marketing and communications Agencies, will release Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on 23 September 2025.

Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Chief Executive Officer Designate, John Carey (who, as previously announced on 1 July 2025, will join the Group as CEO on 1 September 2025) and Chief Financial Officer, Giles Lee will provide a live presentation providing an overview of the Group's results, via the Investor Meet Company platform on 25 September 2025 at 16:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 24 September 2025, 09:00 BST or at any time during the live presentation.
