Notification about a change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)

21 August 2025 – PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED informed the Company in writing on 20 August 2025, following on the notification on 07 August 2025, that, because of a triggering transaction on 06 August 2025 it directly held 6.40% of the voting rights of the Company, which total 60,348,000 shares.

HERMES LINDER FUND SICAV held 5.04% of the voting rights, which are included in the 6,40% total of the voting rights held by PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED.

In addition, PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED informed the Company in writing on 20 August 2025 that it carried out the following transactions in shares of the Company:
