This is a company announcement made by Computime Holdings p.l.c. (C 74592) (the "Company") in compliance with the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Reference is made to the company announcement dated 12 August 2025 (CPT07), wherein the Board of Directors of the Company announced that the Company's condensed interim financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June, 2025 had been approved.

The Company hereby announces that earlier today a briefing meeting was held with local financial intermediaries, during which a presentation was delivered by management with a view to outlining, inter alia, key highlights of the Company's financial results for the six-month period ended 30 June, 2025, as recently published. The presentation also includes certain operational developments relating to the core business divisions of the Computime group.
