Oslo, 21 August 2025 - The board of directors of Panoro Energy ASA ("Panoro" or  

the "Company")today declares a cash distribution of NOK 0.705 per  

share(representing a cash distribution to shareholders of NOK80million).  

  

Distribution amount: NOK 0.705 per share  

  

Declared currency: NOK  

  

Last day of trading including right: 27 August 2025  

  

Ex-distribution date: 28 August 2025  

  

Record date: 29 August 2025  

  

Payment date: On or about 8 September 2025  

  

Date of approval: 20 August 2025  

  

Distributions will be paid in NOK  

  

The cash distribution will be paid as a return of paid in capital
