SATS ASA: Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by SATS ASA

The Board of Directors of SATS ASA has today resolved to distribute a cash

dividend in the total amount of NOK 127 million, pursuant to the authorization

granted by the Annual General Meeting held on April 28, 2025. For Norwegian

tax-purposes, the dividend is considered repayment of paid-in capital.
