Şirketimiz aktifinde yer alan üç adet gayrimenkulün de ğerlemesi Vakıf Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. tarafından yapılmış olup değerleme tarihi 22.07.2025, rapor tarihi 20.08.2025 olan değerleme raporu ekte yer almaktadır .

Değerleme sonucu oluşan yeni değerler TFRS'ye g öre haz ırlanacak 30.09.2025 tarihli finansal tablolarımıza yansıtılacak olup ayrıntılı a ç ıklamalar dipnotlarda yer alacaktır .

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur .

İşbu a ç ıklamamızın İngilizce terc ümesi mevcut olup bu aç ıklamanın T ürkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir çeli şki olması durumunda , T ürkçe versiyon esas kabul edilecektir .

Appraisal Report of three real estates in our company assets, reporting date as 20.08.2025 with the valuation date as 22.07.2025 made by Vak ıf Gayrimenkul Değerleme, is attached.

The new values resulting from the appraisal will be reflected in our 30.09.2025 financial statements to be prepared in accordance with TFRS, and detailed explanations will be included in the footnotes.
