Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:"the Company", "Issuer"), hereby announces that on August 20, 2025, theIssuer entered into an agreement with Apple Inc. based in the USA (andother companies from the Apple group) concerning the preparation by theCompany of a separate version of the game and the release by Apple ofthe game Real Boxing 2 in the Apple Arcade subscription model. Theagreement is a significant step in the implementation of the strategyand, in the opinion of the Management Board, may have a major impact onthe Company's future financial results.

The Issuer expects the game to be released on Apple Arcade in the AppleGreats category in the first quarter of 2026.
