Transaction in Own Shares

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, announces that it has made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Canaccord Genuity Limited on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme announced on 29 May 2025.

The Company intends to cancel the shares. Following the purchase of the Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on the LSE will be 32,215,451 (the Company holds no shares in treasury).

This figure of 32,215,451 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme.
