Şirketimiz ile Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü ve Akfin Gayrimenkul Değerlendirme A.Ş. arasında, İstanbul İli, Ataşehir İlçesi sınırları içerisinde yer alan taşınmazlar üzerinde proje geliştirilmesi amacıyla iş birliği protokolü imzalanmıştır.

İmzalanan protokol uyarınca, Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü ve Akfin Gayrimenkul Değerlendirme A.Ş. mülkiyetindeki, Ataşehir İlçesi'ne bağlı Küçükbakkalköy ve Kayışdağı mahallelerinde bulunan toplam 61.518,73 m² yüz ölçümlü arsalar üzerinde, Şirketimizin "Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı" iş modeli çerçevesinde konut ağırlıklı karma kullanımlı bir proje geliştirilecektir.

Bu stratejik iş birliği kapsamında, projenin geliştirilmesine yönelik tüm süreçler Şirketimizin güvencesi altında yürütülecek olup; İstanbul'un en değerli lokasyonlarından birinde hayata geçirilecek bu proje ile tüm paydaşlarımız için sürdürülebilir değer üretilmesi ve Şirketimiz portföyünün daha da güçlendirilmesi hedeflenmektedir.

Protokole ilişkin süreç ve gelişmeler hakkında kamuoyu bilgilendirilmeye devam edilecektir.

A cooperation protocol has been signed between our Company, Fenerbahçe Sports Club, and Akfin Real Estate Appraisal Inc. for the purpose of developing a project on the immovable properties located within the boundaries of the Ataşehir District in Istanbul.

In accordance with the signed protocol, a predominantly residential mixed-use project will be developed under our Company's "Revenue Sharing for Land Sale" business model. The project will be situated on plots of land owned by Fenerbahçe Sports Club and Akfin Real Estate Appraisal Inc., located in the Küçükbakkalköy and Kayışdağı neighborhoods of the Ataşehir District, with a total surface area of 61,518.73 sqm.

Within the scope of this strategic cooperation, all processes related to the project's development will be carried out under the assurance of our Company. With this project, to be realized in one of Istanbul's most valuable locations, the objective is to create sustainable value for all our stakeholders and to further strengthen our Company's portfolio.

The public will continue to be informed about the processes and developments regarding the protocol.
