The board of directors (the "Board") of Beacon Rise Holdings Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr Mark Tavener has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company with effect from Monday, 18 August 2025.
As CFO, Mr Tavener will oversee the Company's financial strategy and execution, risk management, capital structure optimisation, investment and financing decisions, budgeting, and financial team leadership, while supporting the formulation and delivery of the Company's overall strategy.
With his strong professional background, sharp business insight, and exceptional financial strategic vision, the Board is confident that Mr Tavener will be instrumental in driving the Company's strategic goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening capital management. We warmly welcome his appointment and look forward to his contributions to the Company's continued growth.
Mr Tavener is a chartered accountant with over 14 years' experience in a 'Big 4' accountancy practice, both in audit and corporate finance, and has over 5 years' experience as a CFO in an AIM listed company.
