Balder acquires a property in central Gothenburg

Balder acquires the property Göteborg Masthugget 11:13 in central Gothenburg through joint venture with Elof Hansson Fastigheter where Balder and Elof Hansson Fastigheter own 50% each. The seller is HSB Göteborg and the possession will take place on 1 oktober 2014.

The property is located adjacent to Masthuggstorget and consists of approximately 32,000 square meters of commercial and residential premises.

The underlying property value is SEK 570 million.
