UPDATED FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

Attica Holdings S.A. (the "Company") announces to the investing public, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and Decision No. 25 of the ATHEX Stock Markets Steering Committee, its updated Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2025, as follows:

• − Tuesday 09.09.2025: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders,
• − Friday 12.09.2025: Ex-Dividend Date,
• − Monday 15.09.2025: Dividend Record Date,
• − Friday 19.09.2025: Dividend Payment Start Date.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting the distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.07 per share, drawn from the parent company's profits for the fiscal year 2024 as well as from previous years' profits. The dividend distribution, along with the aforementioned dates relating to its payment, is subject to approval by the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
