Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group and person closely associated with person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group respectivelyas mentioned below, PPCSA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On August 12, 2025, Mr. Stergios Tsifotoudis proceeded with the purchase of 2,000 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of €29,245.36 and
• On August 13, 2025, Mr. Polyvios Markantonakis proceeded with the purchase of 550 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of €8,019.
