Cancellation of Admissions to Trading on AIM and Euronext Growth Oslo

Further to the announcement made on 8 August 2025, the Company announces that, following applications by the Company, the admissions of its Ordinary Shares to trading on (i) AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, and (ii) Euronext Growth Oslo have now been cancelled (the "Cancellations").

The cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's Ordinary Shares became effective at 7.00 a.m. (UK time), and on Euronext Growth Oslo at 8.00 a.m. (CEST), today, 18 August 2025.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings as set out in the shareholder circular posted to Shareholders on 23 May 2025 and has been published on the Company's website at  https://www.benchmarkplc.com/investors/delisting .
