Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q2 2025

Sandnes, Norway, 18 August 2025: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be

traded ex dividend of NOK 1.222 per share for the second quarter of 2025, as of

today, 18 August.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 22 July, the extraordinary

general meeting held on 12 August in Vår Energi has resolved to pay a dividend

payment of NOK 1.222 per share, NOK 3 050 608 433 in total, equal to USD 300

million, relating to Q2 2025. The dividend will be paid on 26 August in NOK and

the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges

Bank 21 July approximately at 1600hrs CEST.
