Şirketimizin bugün yapılan genel kurul toplantısında, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi için Analiz Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine karar verilmiştir.

At the General Assembly meeting held today, it was resolved to appoint Analiz Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. as the independent audit firm to audit the financial reports of the Company for the 2025 fiscal year, in accordance with the principles set forth under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
