Director Retirement and Change in the Chair of the Board and Nomination Committee and Senior Independent Director

Following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 15 August 2025, Anja Balfour retired as a non-executive director of the Company. Anja was the Chair of the Board and the Nomination Committee.

As indicated within the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2025, Graham Oldroyd will now become the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Graham was the Senior Independent Director and as a consequence, Bulbul Barrett will now take on this role from Graham.

The Company would like to thank Anja for her significant contribution as a non-executive director and then as Chairman.
