Aker Solutions ASA: Employee representative resigns from the board
August 15, 2025 - Aker Solutions ASA has been informed that employee
representative Stian Pettersen Sagvold will resign from the board of the company
effective September 1, 2025. The resignation is triggered by Sagvold's recent
election to the management of Fellesforbundet, part of the Norwegian
Confederation of Trade Unions (LO).
Deputy board member Sigurd Mosheim Sævareid will replace Sagvold. The deputy
position will not be replaced until the next ordinary election for employee
representatives.
