Arise AB (publ) publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of issued bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm

On 1 September 2014, Arise AB (publ) announced the issuance of a new SEK 350 million bond ("Bond 2014/2017"). In order to apply for a listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, the company has presented a prospectus. The prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available on Arise website, www.arise.se, and will be available on Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website, www.fi.se.
