Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 24 June 2025 regarding

the exercise of employee share options and subsequent share capital increase.

The share capital increase related to this exercise of employee share options

was registered today with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises.

The company's new share capital is NOK 36,972,715.20, divided into 369,727,152

shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10. The company's articles of

association have been updated accordingly and are attached hereto and are
