CHANGE OF AUDITOR

The Company announces that the Board has approved the appointment of RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM") as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 30 September 2025. RSM's appointment follows a formal and competitive tender process led by the Company's Audit & Risk Committee.

Following the outcome of the competitive tender process, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") has resigned as the Company's auditor.

The Board would like to thank PwC for its professional service to the Company throughout its tenure in office.
