Balder builds 184 apartments in central Copenhagen

Balder has signed an agreement with Skanska regarding the construction of 184 apartments in Havneholmen, centrally located in Copenhagen harbor. The lettable area amounts to 17,574 sq.m. and the investment amounts to approximately SEK 575m. The construction has already commenced and will be completed during the first quarter 2016.

The homes are constructed with high quality and located in an area full of life and activity. On one side of the dwellings, a park with fruit trees and green spaces will be built and on the other side, a marine environment with houseboats and boating with direct access to the water will be developed.
