Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company updates the financial calendar for 2025, with the inclusion of the dates related to the declaration of interim dividend, as follows:

Tuesday 5, August 2025	Announcement of 1H2025 Financial Results, Publication of Interim Financial Report 2025 & Analysts Briefing
Monday 22, September 2025	Ex-interim dividend date
Tuesday 23, September 2025	Interim dividend beneficiaries record date ("Record Date")
Monday 20, October 2025	Interim dividend payment date
Tuesday 11, November 2025	Announcement of 9M2025 Financial Results & Analysts Briefing

The announcements of financial results will be published before the opening of the Athens Stock Exchange and Cyprus Stock Exchange trading session.
