Anmälan avser en koncernintern flytt av aktierna vilket har resulterat i att det av anmälaren kontrollerade bolaget Viking Invest AS passerat en flaggningsgrundande gräns avseende antalet aktier. Den gräns som nu passeras, 66 2/3 av antalet aktier, har även tidigare flaggats av anmälan men då för anmälarens egen räkning genom ägande i flera bolag, ett ägande som nu koncentrerats till Viking Invest AS och gett upphov till flaggningen.
