Sandnes, Norway, 12 August 2025: The extraordinary general meeting of Vår Energi

ASA (the "Company") (OSE: VAR) was held today, 12 August 2025, at 15:00 (CEST).

The meeting was held as a digital event.

In accordance with the proposals made by the Board of directors, the general

meeting approved a dividend of NOK 1.222 per share, NOK 3,050,608,433 in total,

equivalent to USD 300 million, relating to Q2 2025.

The dividend will be paid in NOK, and the NOK dividend amount is based on the

daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 21 July 2025 approximately at 1600

CEST
