Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at 09:30 BST on Wednesday, 17 September 2025 at Cannon Bridge House, 25 Dowgate Hill, London, EC4R 2YA.

The following documents will be distributed to shareholders today:

·    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2025 ("Annual Report"); and

·    Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM").

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents listed above will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
