Proposed Change of Name
Caracal Gold Plc, the East African focused gold company, announces that it intends to apply to Companies House to change the Company's name to Imara Gold Plc (the "Name Change").
The Name Change will also be applied to all the Company's operating subsidiaries in East Africa.
Following the Name Change becoming effective, the Company will be known as Imara and the Company will adopt "IGLD" as a new stock ticker.
A further announcement will be made when the name change becomes effective.
