PRESS RELEASE

Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that the Semester Report as of 30.06.2025, prepared in accordance with legislation in force, will be available on the website www.infinitycapital.ro, starting from 14.08.2025, 8:30 a.m., to the section: "Investors Information/Reporting/Periodic Reports".

The report will be available to those interested, starting from the same date, at the Infinity Capital Investments S.A. headquarter from Sector 1, Daniel Danielopolu Street no. 2, 4th floor, Bucharest.

Simplified Interim Separate Financial Statements as of 30st June 2025 drawn up in accordance with Rule no. 39/2015 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards applicable to the entities authorized, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Financial Instruments and Investments Sector, as well as the Investor Compensation Fund.

We mention that the Simplified Interim Separate Financial Statements as of 30st June 2025 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.

Infinity Capital Investments S.A. will submit the Semester Report as of 30.06.2025 to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervisory Authority as well.
