In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), the Company announces that the mandatory closed period under MAR will commence on 12 August 2025 and last until the results in respect of the of the six months ended 30 June 2025 are published, expected to be on or around 11 September 2025.

The Company announces that it is satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the announcement of the half-year results in respect of the period ended 30 June 2025, has previously been, and will continue to be, notified via a regulatory information service (RIS). Therefore, the Company is not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.

If, in the period leading up to the announcement of the half-year results, the Directors of the Company come into the possession of any inside information, this will be notified to a RIS before any such transactions are undertaken.
