Balder sells properties for SEK 177 million

Fastighets AB Balder (publ) has sold all its properties in Halmstad. The properties sold are Hjärtat 4, Bonden 5, Flygaren 17 and Makrillen 8.

The total sales value amounted to SEK 177 million and provides an earnings impact of SEK 30 million before tax.
