Change in Nomination Committee ahead of Indutrade's 2015 Annual General Meeting

After the public announcement on 2 October 2014 of Indutrade's Nomination Committee ahead of the 2015 Annual General Meeting, a change in the composition of the committee has been made. Lannebo Funds will be represented by Göran Espelund instead of Mats Gustafsson.

The members of the Nomination Committee are thus as follows: Claes Boustedt (L E Lundbergföretagen, Committee chair), Fredrik Lundberg (L E Lundbergföretagen, Chairman of Indutrade), Gustaf Setterblad (Didner & Gerge), Göran Espelund (Lannebo Funds) and Anders Ocarsson (AMF and AMF Funds).

Indutrade's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 29 April 2015, in Stockholm.
