BURE'S SHARE CAPITAL AND NUMBER OF SHARES ON 30 JANUARY 2015

As per 30 January 2015 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) ("Bure") amounts to 76,081,510, of which Bure itself holds 5,247,800 shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 535,518,034.36.

At the beginning of the month the total number of shares in the company amounted to 76,051,510, of which Bure itself held 4,684,104 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 535,306,872.13. In January, the number of shares increased by 30,000 through exercise of stock options.

This information constitutes the public disclosure of a change in the number of shares in accordance with Chapter 4, § 9, paragraph one, of the Financial Instruments Trading Act $(1991:980).$
