Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, PPC SA announces the following:

• On August 7, 2025, Mr. Angelos Kasimis proceeded with the purchase of 4,250 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of €61,534.90.
• On August 8, 2025, Mrs. Eleni Giannakopoulou proceeded with the purchase of 1,500 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of €21.985.
• On August 8, 2025, Mr. Omiros Vlachos proceeded with the purchase of 1,000 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of €14.577.
