Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb (hereinafter: the Bank), announces that it has received the approval of the Croatian National Bank, whereby as of June 30, 2025 reporting date, it can include the net profit realized in the period from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 up to the amount of EUR 25.219.473,61 in the calculation of common equity tier-1.

The inclusion of the amount in question in the calculation of the common equity tier-1 is carried out in accordance with Article 26, paragraph (2) of Regulation (EU) 575/2013 and amending the Regulation (EU) 648/2012, with the aim of continuing to strengthen the Bank's capitalization and solvency, i.e. meeting the relevant regulatory limits.
