Şirketimizin 2024 hesap döneminde Vergi Usul Kanunu kayıtlarına göre 33.182.828 TL "Net Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) Seri: II 14.1. Sayılı Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde, Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ile uyumlu olarak hazırlanan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait konsolide olmayan finansal tablolarında 56.723.915 TL "Net Dönem Karı" bulunmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, Şirket'in Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarda net dönem zararı bulunması nedeniyle, kâr payı dağıtımı yapılmamasına yönelik Yönetim Kurulu tarafından hazırlanan önerge Genel Kurul'da okunarak oy çokluğu ile kabul edildi.
