The 2024 TSRS Compliant Sustainability Report of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., which has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) as set forth by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority of Türkiye, and subjected to mandatory sustainability assurance by PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. is enclosed herein.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.

Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.'nin T.C. Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu düzenlemeleri uyarınca Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları'na (TSRS) uygun olarak hazırlanan ve PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimine tabi tutulan 2024 TSRS Uyumlu Sürdürülebilirlik Raporu ekte yer almaktadır.
