NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 30TH JUNE 2025
Marina di Carrara, Carrara, 11th August 2025 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. informs that the Consolidated Half-Yearly Financial Report as of 30th June 2025, together with the Auditor's Review Report, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" () and on the Company's website at https://investor.theitalianseagroup.com/en/ in the "Financial Documents" section.
