Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 11 agosto 2025 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 17 aprile 2025 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 18 aprile 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 4 all'8 agosto 2025, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 18.500 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 7.833.500 azioni proprie, pari al 14,507 % del capitale sociale e al 9,865 % sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, August 11th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 17th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 4th and 8th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 18,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,833,500 treasury shares, equal to 14.507% of the share capital and 9.865% on the voting rights.
