Additional Explanations

Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 09.07.2025 tarihli toplantısında aşağıdaki kararlar alınmıştır:Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirket ana sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak; bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 31.12.2024 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolara göre 2024 yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 3.955.003.000 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Bu doğrultuda, 2.576.315.588 TL tutarında pay sahiplerine brüt nakit kar payı dağıtılması ve 256.019.017 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılması ve nakit kar payı ödemesine 12 Ağustos 2025 tarihinden itibaren başlanması hususlarının Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında görüşülerek karara bağlanmıştır.
