Divan Talya Oteli'nin yeniden yapım sürecinde yapılacak yatırımlar için, T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı tarafından düzenlenen ve son olarak 2 Temmuz 2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamamız ile yaklaşık 2,1 Milyar TL tutar ile güncellendiği kamuya duyurulan yatırım teşvik belgesinin süresi (tutar ve destek unsurları aynı kalmak üzere) 29 Nisan 2027 tarihine kadar uzatılmıştır.

The term of the investment incentive certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey for investments to be made during the reconstruction process of Divan Talya Hotel, which was last updated to approximately TL 2.1 billion in our material event disclosure dated July 2, 2024, and announced to the public, (with the amount and support elements remaining the same) has been extended until April 29, 2027.
