This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 18, 2025 at 1730 hours at Islamabad to consider matters other than financial results.

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from August 12, 2025 to August 18, 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
