22.07.2025 tarihinde kamuoyuyla paylaştığımız bilgi doğrultusunda, İtalya'da 12 MWp kurulu güce sahip Agro-PV (Güneş Enerjisi + Tarımsal Üretim) yatırımını gerçekleştirmek ve bu alanda faaliyet göstermek üzere Agrotech Italy Srl ünvanlı şirketimizin kuruluş işlemleri tamamlanmıştır.

Agrotech Italy Srl, %100 bağlı ortaklığımız olarak faaliyet gösterecek olup, İtalya'daki enerji ve tarımsal üretim faaliyetlerimizi yürütecektir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

In line with the information disclosed to the public on 22 July 2025, the establishment procedures of our company, Agrotech Italy Srl, have been completed with the aim of undertaking an Agro-PV (Solar Energy + Agricultural Production) investment with an installed capacity of 12 MWp in Italy and operating in this field.

Agrotech Italy Srl will operate as our wholly owned subsidiary and will carry out our energy and agricultural production activities in Italy.
