Litigation

In continuation of the current report published on May 28, 2025, Lion Capital informs investors that it has prepared and lodged an appeal with the Bucharest Tribunal against Judgment no. 748 dated May 27, 2025, delivered by this court in case file no. 38735/3/2023. The case concerns an action brought by the claimant Lion Capital LLP, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom, concerning intellectual property rights, regarding the use of the trade name "Lion Capital" by our company.

Lion Capital will further inform investors of any significant developments relating to the resolution of the appeal, as well as on the progress of the litigation in case file no. 38735/3/2023.
