Håkan Lundstedt to leave position of CEO of Mekonomen

Mekonomen's President and CEO Håkan Lundstedt has informed the Board of Directors of Mekonomen that he intends to leave his position. He will remain in his current role during his period of notice.

The process of finding a new President and CEO for Mekonomen will commence immediately and will be headed by Mekonomen Chairman Fredrik Persson.

Håkan Lundstedt became President and CEO of Mekonomen in 2007 and has played a key role in the work to develop the Group in accordance with the strategy that was established at that time.

Following completion of his work for Mekonomen, Håkan Lundstedt intends to assume the position of President and CEO of Synsam.
