As of May 29, 2015, the total number of shares in Eniro is 418,266,549, of which 417,266,549 shares represent common shares and 1,000,000 represent preference shares. As of the same date, the total number of voting rights in Eniro amount to 417,366,549, of which the common shares represent 417,266,549 voting rights and the preference shares 100,000 voting rights.
