Bravida's acquisition of Peko Group completed

The Finnish competition authority has approved Bravida's acquisition of Peko Group and access has been given from today.

Bravida signed the agreement of purchase of Peko Group in April. Peko Group operates in mid and south Finland, has 320 employees, and had a turnover of Euro 67 Million in 2014. Peko Group forms the foundation for a new division, Bravida Finland and Marcus Karsten, previous CEO of Lehminkäinen Talotekniikka, is the new Divison Manager. The integration process starts immediately and is expected to continue at least this year through.

The acquisotion means that Bravida pursues our strategic plan to establish the organisation in Finland. Presently, the Bravida Group, is present in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
